Shipping Policy
We ship out your product from Monday to Friday, except on Holidays! Please note that we reserve the right to change our shipping days whenever needed. We ship via UPS ground which, on average, delivers within 3-5 business days from the time the package is picked up. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holiday peak season, low inventory, or bad weather.
If your package bounces back to us for any reason and you still want it, no problem! You'll just need to cover the full shipping cost to get it sent out again. We'll send an invoice to the email you provided with the exact shipping cost. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for returned orders, but we're happy to reship it!
Return & Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchases. If you are not totally satisfied, please email us at customerservice@jgiwholesale.com
within 3 days of receiving your package. Return claims cannot be made outside of our 3 day window from delivery. If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at customerservice@jgiwholesale.com with a description and photo of the issue. Will replace any defective products, bags, beverage as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
